If you wish to phone us, our normal hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. East Coast time, Monday through Friday. With families to care for and homes to go to, we are also usually closed on Federal holidays. You may, of course, e-mail us at any time; usually, we will respond within 24 hours with at least an acknowledgment, even outside our normal business hours - although we don't guarantee this.
